Help conserve water
That's right Porky, we need to help out and save our water. We are in the worst drought here in California, and you kid's can be a great help. Talk to your family, friends and neighborhood, about how they can conserve water. So if you see something like this, go talk to the person, and tell them about conserving water.
Or if they don't listen, then just inform your local city code enforcement, and they will have a talk with them.
