Election of Board of Directors: 2014   Ballots may be cast, in person or by proxy, at the   Pomona Heritage Annual Membership Meeting Saturday, January 16, 2014   The Restoration of the Pomona Packing House Presented by Jeved Management Company   5:00 pm - 8:00 pm St. Paul's Episcopal Church 242 E. Alvarado St., Pomona   Appetizers and Drinks       If you are a member in good standing and wish, you may assign your proxy to the Secretary of Pomona Heritage and she will cast your votes only as indicated on the proxy form. The Secretary will only cast votes that are specified and will not cast any votes from blank proxies that have the Secretary indicated. She will also not cast proxy votes in any other item that might appear on the agenda for that meeting which is not specifically noted in the proxy. Should you choose to assign your proxy to an individual, that individual must be present at the meeting to cast your votes and will not be limited in any way as to how they cast said votes. By assigning your proxy to an individual, you are also authorizing them to vote on your behalf on any items that come before the Annual Meeting. The Secretary of Pomona Heritage will only vote for duly nominated candidates. Write-in votes for candidates that are not duly nominated will not be cast. All nominations must be made on the floor of the meeting by an attendee of the meeting. The nominating committee will make nominations on the floor of the meeting as indicated below.   Proxies assigned to individuals must be given or sent directly to that individual. That individual must be in attendance at the meeting to vote the proxy.   Below is a proxy form. If you wish to have your votes cast by the Secretary of Pomona Heritage, please indicate that on the form, sign it at the bottom and return it by January 16, 2014 to:   Pomona Heritage, P.O. Box 2813, Pomona, California 91769-2813.          Pomona Heritage Annual Meeting, January 16, 2014     Proxy Form  SLATE OF CANDIDATES   Each member in good standing of Pomona Heritage, Inc. will have 7 total votes to fill eight positions on the Pomona Heritage Board of Directors.
