Inland Empire prices at gas pump inch up
RIVERSIDE - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire rose two-tenths of a cent Tuesday to $3.611, one day after falling eight-tenths of a cent.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is two-tenths of a cent more than one week ago, 3.4 cents higher than one week ago and 1.8 cents greater than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price has risen 11 times in the past 16 days, increasing 2.4 cents over that span.
