Well I went back to take another look at this new sushi bar that John Pena has been working on. And I didn't see any permits posted in the front, or the back. I also notice that there is a door cut into the brick wall inside, so people can walk to either side now that he's been working on. Now that doorway could of been there already, but someone should look into it anyway just to make sure that it doesn't weaken any other walls. And the same goes for the beam up front, you never know what a earthquake could do to the building. With the beam gone and the door, just saying.
