OK as you can see from my last two post I like to share pictures of old Pomona, but when I see these kind of pictures in the Pomona Public Library Digital Collection. It gets my goat because this is not Pomona, for one thing 2nd St. never had streetlights like the ones in this picture. and another one is they never had a hotel like this one on 2nd St. and all the buildings are wrong. I guess these guys who put these pictures in, if it says it's Pomona they put it in, WRONG!. There is a bunch more in there with one or two with the wrong Street names. Heck if you want I can go in and weed out the ones that are not Pomona, and I'll do it for FREE, just like to make sure that the right pictures are shown of Pomona, it helps if you do a little investigation before you post any pictures.
