OK I heard of some people being a bit lazy when it comes to taking the trash out, but putting it next to your window is a little bit to much. I took this pic at the Mayfair Hotel during the restoration of the Hotel. What they would do is toss their trash in the trash cans, then it would slide down to a large dumpster below.
