Aquarium of the Pacific Visits Collegewood Elementary

 

The Aquarium on Wheels from the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach came to Collegewood Elementary School on Friday, March 8.
First and second grade classes attended an informative assembly about sea animals and their habitats.
Then the each class explored the traveling exhibit carefully touching sea anemones, sea stars, baby tiger sharks, sea cucumbers and other sea life.
“It was an exciting experience for all. The Community Club provided this wonderful experience for our students,” said first grade teacher Liz Dickerson.
