Saturday: The Rotary Club of Rancho Cucamonga will hold its Grape Stomp Sprint Triathlon, 5K and Relay at Chaffey College, 5885 Haven Ave., Rancho Cucamonga. Registration begins at 5:30 a.m. with a 7 a.m. race start. The triathlon includes a 5K run, 8-mile bike ride and 100-yard swim in the pool. Information: 909-980-1100.
Saturday: An Earth Day and Cucamonga Valley Water District Open House will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Frontier Project, 10435 Ashford St., Rancho Cucamonga. The free event will include more than 50 vendors and booths, including solar panel companies, community groups, green technologies, kids' activities, water district demonstrations. Saturday and Sunday: The 10th annual Civil War Re-Enactment will be at Prado Regional Park, 16700 E. Euclid Ave., Chino. Park is open from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days, with battles at 1 and 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Lots of military demonstrations, equipment. Cost is $10 per car to enter park. To view the activities at the park, it is $10 per day or $15 for the weekend, children 2-12 years are $5 or $7.50 for the weekend. Boys, Girl, Cub Scouts and parents in Scout uniforms will be charged $2. Proceeds will benefit the Abraham Simpson Eagle Scout Scholarship Foundation.

Taekwondo Championships will be at Fairplex, 1101 W McKinley Ave,, Pomona, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. The cost to attend is $10 for adults and seniors with children 4 and under free. A two-day pass is $15. Parking is through Gate 17.
Saturday and Sunday: The Crossroads of the West Gun Show will be held at the Ontario Convention Center, 2000 Convention Center Way, Ontario. The show is open Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost for tickets is $14 for those 13 and older.
