Help Launch the SS Argentina Collaborative Project A public art project associated with the Friendship Forged in Fire: British Ceramics in America exhibit held at AMOCA through May 5, 2013 This is your chance to assist with creating a large-scale ceramic version of the passenger liner that brought WWII British brides to the USA in 1946Wednesday, April 3rd through Sunday, April 7th, 2013, 12:00pm-4:00pm The ship’s plywood form is ready to be clad in recycled ceramic materials. Please help us apply ceramic decals, inscribe bisque tiles with quotes or facts, or create the ocean that will surround the ship.
