This is a good move to turn this into a Culdesac, I myself was coming up Bradford one time and seen this young women just run the stop sign. Then later the same women ran a stop sign at Lincoln Park. So I can understand where these people are coming from, should of done this years ago. You know you should have a street party in honor of closing the street.
