Beverly Hills Restaurant Under Fire for Alleged Treatment of Staff
Urasawa on Rodeo Drive has been cited by the California Labor Department.
Urasawa, is under fire for the way it treats its staff, LAist.com reported.
The restaurant has been accused of denying kitchen staff of overtime pay and breaks and faces a citation from the California Labor Department, according to LAist.com and the Los Angeles Times.
There was even a protest held outside the Rodeo Drive restaurant earlier this year as reported in the Times.
Owners of the upscale restaurant, named for its chef, Hiroyuki Urasawa, have refused to comment, according to LAist.com.
