Celebrating its 90th year, the Hollywood Sign is in a contest to become the 8th Wonder of the World. The sign stands 45 feet tall and 350 feet long.
The sign is competing against other landmarks throughout the world including San Diego’s Balboa Park and Asheville’s Bitmore Estates. Participants are allowed to vote once a day and voting is open at http://www.virtualtourist.com/8thwonder until September 30.
