Whether the man in this photo is settling in for the night—at 7 p.m. Monday, July 29—or getting ready for the morning is probably nobody's business, but surely the trash scattered all around is a legitimate civic concern.
Nearly a year and a half after a group of squatters vacated the house on 4363 Eagle Rock Blvd. after leaving its front yard in a shambles, there's now a mess on the sidewalk facing the property.
Might be something for the appropriate authorities to take note of, not least because hundreds of people walk up and down here on an average day.
