The Thrift Shop of Assistance League of the Foothill Communities is seeking donations of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing; shoes; books, records, DVDs and small household items in good condition.
Donations are welcome during business hours, but the store does not accept furniture or appliances.
Proceeds from Thrift Shop sales fund Assistance League philanthropic programs which include school clothing and dental care for local children; assistance to young adults leaving foster care; and teddy bears to comfort children in emergencies. Assistance League serves the communities of Fontana, Montclair, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga and Upland.
The shop is at 8555 Archibald Ave., Rancho Cucamonga. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
