Join Hands Day, which is celebrated across the United States each May 3rd, is about uniting the older generation with the younger generation in a day of volunteering. Instead of pointing out differences in each other, that often times distance one another, this day is intended to bring to everyone’s awareness, the realization of how beneficial aiding each other can be.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
