Nite Owl Quilters Guild will have artist Susan Else as the speaker at its Thursday meeting at the Brulte Senior Center, 11200 Base Line Road, Rancho Cucamonga. The meeting will begin with social time at 6:30 and the meeting at 7 p.m. Else will speak on “Off the Wall: Quilting in 3-Dimensions.” She uses collaged and quilted fabric to create unusual and imaginative sculpture. Her work includes colorful free-standing figurines as well as three-dimensional dioramas.
