Donald Duck appeared in more films than any other Disney character and in 2002, TV Guide listed Donald as one of the 50 greatest cartoon characters of all times.
It was in Donald’s second appearance in Orphan’s Benefit that he was introduced to his comic friend, Mickey Mouse. Soon after, his girlfriend, Daisy Duck, and his nephew’s, Huey, Dewey, and Louie, were also introduced.
Beyond the animation, Donald is primarily known for his appearance in comic books and in newspaper comic strips.
