The City of Ontario is proud to host several events in honor of America’s Independence Day. The Celebration Begins on Euclid Avenue, in Downtown Ontario tomorrow, Friday, July 4.
The Independence Day Parade will begin at 9 AM followed by The Gazebo Rocks with the Ontario/Chaffey Community Show Band performance (approximately 10:30 AM) and the All-States Picnic (approximately 10:30 AM). Bring Your... Own Picnic and join in the tradition!
Continue the celebration with Family Festivities at the Westwind Park (2455 East Riverside Drive South of the 60 Freeway between Archibald & Vineyard) from 5 – 9 PM. It is free admission and there will be live entertainment. Bouncers, games and food vendors will be there for a minimal cost. The Fireworks Spectacular will begin at 9 PM.
As a reminder, fireworks are illegal to use within the city limits of Ontario. To report the use of illegal fireworks, call the City of Ontario Fireworks Hotline at (909) 988-3650.
