Well looks like someone doesn't like out fountains, I tried to find out where these chunks of cement came from. But I had no luck, they didn't come from the fountains
Now they took the cover off and left the wire exposed, I believe the cover was brass, I guess they couldn't get the brass plate next to it. Or most likely their coming back for it, and the wire also.
They even tossed a chunk of cement in the fountain, not looking good.
The one across from it, is also missing the cover.
And like I said, the wire is next to go.
Just give them time.
And their going to break into it and the steal wire and metal, and what ever they can't get.
Maybe you can talk to Home Depot and ask them if they could donate some plywood, to help restore the doors.
When they get into the pump for the fountain, it's going to cost even more to fix it. And that's when somebody is going to say, "Just fill it up with dirt, and make a planter out of it". And that's the last thing I want to here, because it could of been prevented, from becoming a planter.
