Ren, Why don't we have a Christmas Tree like other cities?
It would be nice Porky, but Pomona can't have nice things like this.
Why not?
Well let me say this without hurting anyone's feelings. There is a certain crowed of people, who come down to downtown Pomona. To enjoy the night life, or what ever the case maybe, well some people enjoy themselves a little to much. And they can't keep their hands to themselves, and there's the ones who just like to see what they can destroy or steal or write their graffiti.

Your right Dee O Gee, it is sad, maybe someday we can have a Christmas Tree at the Plaza. It's sure not like when I was growing up, we had lights and decorations all over Pomona.
Maybe a fence to close the plaza off at night, like a rod
iron fence, with large rolling gates, just saying.
