‘In November 1909, L G. Bumstead announced that he had purchased E. V. Caldwell’s bicycle and sporting goods shop. Originally located at 133 North Euclid Avenue, the shop has moved a few times over the years. Bumstead Bikes is still in business today and remains family owned, now located on Fourth Street, dealing solely in the business of bicycles.’
