AMOCA is proud to offer free admission for families to spend quality time together. Every AMOCA exhibition includes a Free Family Day – free admission to the museum. Free Family Day dates coincide with the Pomona Unified School District calendar.
CLAY ACTIVITY
Add on to your free docent experience with a clay activity in the AMOCA Ceramics Studio.
Fee: $20 per adult; $15 per student, child under the age of 12, senior, or member. Fee includes: clay activity, glaze, tools and one hour instruction.
March 21, 2015 – Clay Activity: Wheel-Throwing
AMOCA’s founder, David Armstrong, is a strong supporter of ceramic art and studied under Paul Soldner. Mr. Armstrong enjoys working on the wheel to create functional items such as cups and bowls or to create sculptures. Join us as AMOCA celebrates its 10th year anniversary by creating your very own cup or bowl.
