I f you look real close, you can see that bag or what ever it is, with the different color, under the trash.

 

 

Well same bag, you see this is what they do, when they pick- up shopping carts. It happens all over here on the west side DIST.2 do you here me DIST 2. so as you can see why I get so upset about all this.

Here we are trying to keep Pomona clean, and the people who we hire to pick up shopping carts, are lettering the streets of Pomona.

What the hell is going on, like I said, coming election time, I'm changing my vote.

Can't you believe this, that was fast, fastest I seen them dump the trash like that.
