VOLUNTEERS are needed! Your help makes this parade happen! You will support along the parade route, in the staging areas, judging and awarding sections. All volunteers will receive food vouchers and staff shirt. We will also sign if you are in need of any community/volunteer hours. Your Volunteer Shift is from 3:00pm-9:00pm. This is a great opportunity for community groups/clubs/organizations to support as a team.
The Christmas Parade Committee and the Downtown Pomona Owners Association invite you to be a part of this special event. We're breaking out the twinkle lights and hot cocoa because for the first time in nearly 50 years, the Pomona Christmas Parade will happen at night! This year's theme is “Twas the Lights Before Christmas”.
The parade will once again take place in Downtown Pomona with a slightly different parade route, however still travelling west on the historic 2nd Street.
The parade is scheduled to be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015, 6pm-8pm, Rain or Shine.
