We must foster an economic environment where our residents can thrive.  This means a strong educational community so that people are glad to raise their children here and adults can invest in life-long learning.  This means a strong housing community with housing options for all residents.  This means a strong retail community where people can shop and find entertainment here rather than elsewhere.  This means a functional and effective governmental stance that is proactive about creating the infrastructure, policy and services that will not only meet the needs of all of these communities, but help them thrive.
