The LA Promise Fund believes #ArtsMatter and is excited to help LA County teachers enhance student learning through engagement with the Getty’s Paci c Standard Time: LA/LA initiative, a collaboration of arts organizations across Southern California.
The broad range of Paci c Standard Time: LA/LA exhibitions presents an opportunity to connect many students with their heritage and identity, and to strengthen the relationship between schools and museums. For these reasons, Teacher Resource Guides were created to help teachers connect
the themes of PST: LA/LA exhibitions to class curricula. Professional Development sessions will use these guides as a foundation for exploring learning and teaching in the arts.
