April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month! Project Sister Family Services is hosting an event at The dA Center for the Arts to raise awareness and engage our community. The event's name, "Imagine Standing Up" comes from the idea of placing oneself in a survivor's shoes. What would it look like for you to stand up for adults and children who have been sexually assaulted/abused? What would it look like if the #MeToo movement applied to you? The night will include stories of survivors, an art activity, and a room of visuals to foster reflection. This is a FREE event open to all community members and partners. Can't wait to see you!
