AUCTION REQUIREMENTS

• The TTC only accepts cash, cashier's check, or bank–issued money order.
• All checks must be payable to the Los Angeles County Tax Collector.
• No personal checks, business checks, two-party checks or checks payable to other than the Los Angeles County Tax Collector.
• Must pre–register.
• No registration at the auction.
• Bids of $5,000 or less must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Bids $5,001 to $50,000 require a $5,000 deposit per property.
• Bids over $50,001, require 10% deposit of the purchase price per property.
• All sales are FINAL.
• Must conduct your own investigation.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• Registration closes on Friday, October 5, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• Must register IN PERSON at the registration location.
• $5,000 registration deposit required.
• The TTC only accepts cash, cashier's check, or bank–issued money order.
• All checks must be payable to the Los Angeles County Tax Collector.
• No personal checks, business checks, two-party checks or checks payable to other than the Los Angeles County Tax Collector.
• The TTC will refund any unused deposit amount by County Warrant issued in the name of the vesting party(ies) and mail to the address indicated on the Bidder Registration Form within 30 calendar days from the date of the close of auction.
• The TTC will not refund deposits at the auction site.
• The TTC will only accept valid photo identification (i.e., driver's license, military ID card, Mexican Matriculate Consular, passport, California ID card).
• The TTC will NOT accept expired identification cards/documents.
• No changes in vesting accepted after the registration process is completed.
• The TTC will issue replacement bidder cards for a fee of $10.00 each. Before issuing a replacement bidder card, the TTC requires valid identification.
