The house that Walter Knott built on 4th St. here in Pomona

I go by the house every time I head to the store, but recently I notice a big hole in where the rocks are.

So I looked a little closer, and what they did was knock a big hole where the rocks are. For that PVC pipe can go through. You know Walter had someone or maybe him but those rocks in place, and for someone to make a big hole just for a skinny PVC pipe, is just unreal.

Even if it's not a historical landmark, we should take pride in the fact that Walter Knott of Knott's Berry Farm. Once called Pomona his home, along with his wife and child.

So lets see if we can keep our history from being destroyed, even to some it's not history now, but someday will be.
