Yes that's right folks it's time for another "What If?" (echo, echo). Ok the good old United Artiest Theater, but to us old timers, we use to call it the UA. But before that it was known as the California Theater back in the day.
Like the Fox us kids seen a lot of good movies there, that's where I seen the Beatles "Hard Days Night" when it first came out.
So this is what it would look like today, if the marque was still there.
