On Monday, December 6th just before 3am, Officers were alerted of a catalytic converter theft in progress in the area of Towne Ave. and Seventh St.

Officers arrived at the location and located 1 adult and 1 juvenile. Both suspects were in possession of power tools and two catalytic convertors that appeared to have been cut from vehicles. Both suspects were arrested.
