Photo: Congresswoman Judy Chu Shows Opposition to Same-Sex Marriage Ban

 

OK this Congresswoman Judy Chu posted this photo to her Facebook page Tuesday on the same day the U.S. Supreme Court began hearing arguments on the constitutionality of California's same-sex marriage ban. Live and let live, people have the right to be happy, since when was that a crime so she can Chu on this.
The case could decide whether states can lawfully ban same-sex marriage as California did with the passage of Proposition 8 in 2008.
Chu, who represents Monrovia in congress, also changed her Facebook profile picture to an equality symbol making the rounds on the social networking site. The photo above had nearly 300 "likes" on Facebook as of 3:30 p.m.
