The top picture is the sign at the Pomona Packing Plant here in Pomona, the first time I seen it is when they started to restore the packing plant. It was just against the wall like you see it in the first picture, but has been moved since. But ever since that first day I seen it I was thinking that I seen that sign before but where. It wasn't until I used a picture for my blog. that I seen this sign on the tower, so I got to looking for other pictures of the tower. And Bingo! I found some other pictures showing the same sign, I'm sure the owners know this but if not well now they know where it came from. The Preview was for a Charlie McCarthy Movie called Detective and Frank Wilcox in the Doctrine, I know that Charlie McCarthy was big in the 1930's so maybe this was the time when it was up there.
