A 2-year-old girl suffered a severe head injury in a fall from a second-floor balcony in Pomona tonight, according to a broadcast report.
The fall was reported at 7:53 p.m. in the 2400 block of Angela Street, a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher said.
The girl was airlifted to Children's Hospital Los Angeles, the dispatcher said.
The fall was being investigated by police, according to KCAL9.
