The Valley Indoor Swap Meet in Pomona, 1600 E. Holt Ave., will hold its 5th annual toy giveaway Tuesday for children 12 and under. The event, at 10 a.m., will include appearance from  Frank Garcia, executive director of the Pomona Chamber of Commerce, according to a statement from event organizers.
