Every Thursday we feature a different beer with an accompanying glass. Buy the beer, keep the glass. Its just that easy. Come out and collect all the different beer glasses we can find. Join us every Sunday as we explore the culinary skills of Chef Herbert Ha. Herbert's dishes will be available from 6pm -10pm in limited quantities. Last Sunday's menu of Braised Beef Short Ribs with Butternut Purée, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, and Prosciutto Grilled Cheese did not disappoint nor did it last. If you plan on coming this Sunday please bring an appetite and come early.

Chef Herbert
With a modernist's view of the culinary world today, Herbert Ha is putting on the glasses, taking them off, and throwing them on the ground.
He believes that the food you taste is needless of the manipulation many of the modern chefs are doing today.
Having trained and studied at the International Culinary Institute of California, he continues to strive and learn.

Going strong for over a year now, Comedy In The Arts Colony is a comedy showcase hosted by Comedian Actor, Mikey McKernan. Mikey has been performing standup comedy for over five years. Most recently he played a comedic role on Fox television series, Ben and Kate. From LA to the East Coast, Mikey has filled many rooms with laughter. We are proud to have him and his fellow comedians fill the dba with laughter on the last Sunday of every month!

Vintage Wine Tasting Date TBA
Hey all you "Wine Experts", have you ever done a vintage wine tasting? Well if the answer is no, then we have a real treat for you. We are in the planning stages of holding an early 90's Cabernet Sauvignon tasting. Space will be limited to 10 lucky souls. Self taught wine drinker Ron Faris will be the host for this interesting event. Depending on interest, we may have Chef Herbet put together a small bite to accompany each wine selection. The three 1992 wines will give us a good look at that 1992 vintage from various distinct locations from the Napa Valley and we will revisit the growing season and its affect on these wines.

1992 Chimney Rock Reserve Stags Lead District Napa Valley
