Put the frying pan away and join us for dinner on Thursdays. Enjoy a variety of the region’s most popular food trucks at Food Truck Thursdays at Fairplex. Food trucks roll in every Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the lower admin parking lot next to the NHRA Museum, bringing the trendiest dishes on four wheels. Stop by and stay or grab a bite to take home.
Entainment for all ages with an open mic, karaoke, dancing and trivia.
