Well some cellphones will be out of order until they get done, there is a cell tower up on top and their updating, some of the equipment to the cell tower. I was told by one of the workers, that this takes place every nine months. This is taking place at the Founders Building at 281 S. Thomas St., also the road is blocked so beware if your coming into downtown Pomona.
