This would be on the northwest corner of 2nd St. and Thomas St. now just an empty dirt lot, with a large hole. When it rains it becomes Lake Pomona, great place for the artiest to catch the Big One.
Also to the far right there was a pool hall they called the Dungeon, it looked liked what you might see, in a black and white movie, smoke in the air the smell of day old beer. Peanuts shells on the floor. Kind of place you might see Jackie Gleason play in, like the movie the Hustler. I use to go there and watch my brother play pool, with his friends.
