Ren's Note: After I worked building the first class rooms for Western U in the old J.C. Penny's Store on east 2nd St. The place I was working for, sent us to restore the rooms in the old Motel to your right. It use to sit above the old J.P. Evans Men's Clothing Store. It was like stepping back in time, the rooms still had a lot of the ginger bread molding, six room and everybody had to share the same bathroom.
