Artesia Begins Restaurant Incentive Program
The city will financially help eateries looking to get established in town, via a new program.
The city of Artesia wants more restaurants in town, and to help make it easier on business owners, they have enacted a new incentive program.
"This Restaurant Incentive Program will assist businesses with up to $50,000 in development fees, to be rebated over a one to five year period, using the offset of increased sales tax to the City during that one to five year period," the city announced.
What's more, eligible projects will also be given priority during planning and building phases, according to the city announcement.
Call City Hall at (562) 865-6262 for more information.
