Complimentary Health Fair - Margot Ferron

The City of Mission Viejo Recreation & Fitness Centers will host a Complimentary Community Health Fair on Sat., Aug. 31, 2013 from 10 am to 3 pm at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
Meet experts in our community at more than 50 informative and interactive booths.   Some of the vendors include Yoga Works, Mission Hospital, Massage Heights, Kids Factory and the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of Mission Viejo. 

Members of the Relay Committee will be present to answer your questions and provide information about cancer and relay.   Experts can give you tips on how to stay healthy as well as get healthy.
Free testing and screening will be available to check your blood pressure, body fat, cholesterol, glucose, etc.
