Diamond Jim's Dairy, a drive-thru convenience store on Golden Springs Drive near Diamond Bar Boulevard, has closed up shop.
The store shuttered in June, according to Marsha Roa, a city spokeswoman.
Closure of the dairy has long been planned.
A developer has proposed building a 9-unit condo project at the site.
In April, the Diamond Bar City Council voted to grant another one-year extension to the developer for the project's conditional use permit and development review.
The original proposal to redevelop the site was approved in November 2007 but was delayed mainly due to a storm drainage plan that required the developer to get an easement from neighboring residents.
