From Pico Boulevard to Avenida Pico: There’s a new ceramics studio in town. After 17 years, Jennifer Joyce Ceramic Arts Art Studio & Gallery has moved from Santa Monica to San Clemente. The shop at 131 Avenida Navarro, the site of a former woodworking company, is “a relaxing haven for artists and non-artists of all skill levels to disappear into a quiet, nurturing environment and work with clay,” Joyce says in a press release. She especially likes the parallel of once being on Pico Boulevard and now being near Avenida Pico. “It must be meant to be,” she said.
