FULL CLOSURE OF SANTA ANITA AVE IN ARCADIA TONIGHT & FULL CLOSURE OF FOOTHILL BLVD IN AZUSA SATURDAY NIGHT:
 

Tonight's Full Closure of Santa Anita Ave between Colorado Blvd and Santa Clara St - Arcadia

Begin: Wednesday, October 30th - 10 p.m.
End: Thursday, October 31st - 6 a.m.

Starting tonight at 10 p.m., through early morning tomorrow, Santa Anita Ave between Colorado Blvd and Santa Clara St will be fully closed to thru-traffic to allow crews to remove the concrete barriers near the new bridge abutments and to temporarily repave the street.
 
During the street closure, detour routes will be in place and signage will be posted to guide motorists and pedestrians around the construction activity.

Please note: The intersection of First Ave and Santa Clara St, Arcadia has re-opened temporarily to relieve anticipated traffic congestion during the Santa Anita Race Track's Breeders Cup event. The intersection will once again close on November 11, 2013 and remain closed through February 2014.

This Saturday - Full Nighttime Closure of Foothill Blvd between Vernon Ave and Orange Ave - Azusa
 
Begin: Saturday, November 2nd - 7 p.m.
End: Sunday, November 3rd - 7 a.m.
 
This Saturday, crews will continue work on the new bridges over Foothill Blvd. This will require a full nighttime closure of Foothill Blvd, at the railroad bridge, between Vernon Ave and Orange Ave.
 
During the closure, crews will shift the traffic lanes on Foothill Blvd to allow for continued bridge construction, which is expected to be completed in March 2014.
 
The sidewalk will remain accessible to pedestrians, and detour routes and signage will be in place to guide motorists around the street closure.
