The city and the Chino Spectrum Marketplace and Towne Center will host a special Halloween event from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday.
The event will include game, trick or treating, giveaways, live music, a costume contest, art projects and more. The first 1,000 kids will receive a free Halloween bag at the carnival entrance, 4036 Grand Ave., Chino.
