An unconfirmed report that someone was trapped on Mt. Baldy Road and Glendora Ridge Road sent law enforcement up to the hill.
A search today for a person supposedly trapped on a hillside in the Mount Baldy area was called off after about five hours Monday, Aug. 4.
Los Angeles County Fire Department firefighters and other rescuers were sent to the area of Glendora Ridge Road and Mount Baldy Road shortly before 1 p.m. on an unconfirmed report that someone was trapped in the area, department officials reported.
The search was called off at 6:22 p.m., a county fire dispatcher said.
