The Pomona Breakfast Optimist Club on Oct. 5 will celebrate 60 years of service to the community with a program at the San Dimas Canyon Golf Course Clubhouse, 2100 Terrebonne Ave., San Dimas.
The celebration will include lunch, live entertainment, Masterpiece Productions DJ Javier, SAE Jersey Boys, raffle, and more. There will also be a slide show featuring events the club has hosted and participated in, and of the past officers who have led the club over the past 60 years.
The officers for the next year will also be installed. The cost is $30.
The event is open to the public.
