A Day of... the Dead exhibition celebrating “remembrance” – Not just a Mexican or Hispanic event, cultures worldwide now honor ancestors during this time of the year, as does the Museum of History and Art, Ontario, with its large-scale annual exhibitions and events. Colorful, thought-provoking, sometimes irreverent, and always entertaining, this year’s El Día de Los Muertos exhibition again showcases contemporary talents expressing their personal beliefs about life and death through painting, sculpture, mixed media, photography and altar installations.
