The other day I was going east on 2nd St. and Gordon, when I came upon this.
And after they just got painted, with the original color, as they looked back in the 1960's.
Well at first it looked like mold, but then again, it looks like someone through some dirt in.
Well let's hope it can be cleaned up, we really need to start taking care of all the downtown fountains.
